Utilities bills? #16

What's the best practice for recording utility bills such as electricity and water?

The problem:

No real need to specify "place" and "time of the day".

My current method:

  1. Record as an entry without a "place"
  2. Use the [notes ] field to write details (ex. Electricity Bill)
  3. For all utility bills, use a single tag of "Utilities"

Do you have a better way?
