I just updated the installer. Can you clone this into a clean folder and try again? If possible in a new conda/venv environment?
EDIT: I realized that you are installing this natively on windows 10. I haven't tested that. I have it running on Windows 11 WSL. I would recommend running it in wsl ubuntu.
feel free to open a new issue if the problem persists.
MinGW64 i created a conda env activated cloned the git bash run.sh ... it runs on error ERROR: Could not open requirements file: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: 'llama.cpp/requirements/requirements-convert-hf-to-gguf.txt' i fixed and renamed the file it was requirements_convert_hf_to_gguf.txt ... it runs further
