Just right click it and remove it. It wont re-appear until you shut-down and re-start keybase again. Keybase acts as a mounted drive because its encrypted, and I believe only sits in a decrypted state when you're running Keybase.
@alexparker That was the first thing I tired, but it had no effect. I had to remove keybase to get it to go away.
Seems like worst-case you could drag it to the bottom of the list if it bothers you :)
