clear page / post cache by editor or by third party plugin #227

Hi! first of all thank you for this great plugin!

I have a small problem though, my editors can't clear the page or post cache, they need to be admin... Is it possible to give my editors the right to clear page / post cache?

Or is it possible to clear the page / post cache from a third party plugin?

I am asking because I wrote a small plugin to quickly update the homepage, but whenever the changes are saved this won't register as a post update so the post cache isn't cleared automatically...
