feat: add key-id css selector info + link related pages #1320

This is a follow-up on part of the following community-site post: https://community.software.sil.org/t/css-for-changing-color-in-shift-layer-keys/8826

Very useful explanations. Probably worth inserting somewhere in the documentation, so that people like me do not take up your precious time.

Naturally, I went looking for the documentation... and found that no documentation seems to exist regarding key IDs. Furthermore, the &kmw_embedcss system-store page does not link with the OSK's class & ID documentation, so I figured I'd correct that as well while I was at it.
