feat(web): can't cancel keys when using flick

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

When using long press, I can drag away to cancel the selected key. But it doesn't work like that for flick. It's inconvenience to get the key that you don't want.

We'll look at this as an enhancement to flicks in a future version; I've triaged it to 18.0 for now.
