Make it easier to collect information from users that don't use GitHub. An example: https://www.featurebase.app/ -- they have a free option.

Widgets are not part of the paid plan for Featurebase, so that's a nope.

Using https://doorbell.io -- there is a free option and it supports widgets / embedded form.
