Can't flush block queue #345

Hey uh, is there a way to flush the block queue? I can't seem to find it

There is not, do you want there to be one? In what circumstances would it be useful to dump the queue?

For example when I forgot to enable the >10k follower ignore and it scraped a bunch of popular accounts I hang around. I would wanna dump the queue.

Would you want the pause collection option to also flush the queue? Or would you want it to be a separate thing?
