Design when all polling stations are done #373

The design of the polling station choice page can be improved for when all inputs have been completed. See this screenshot: localhost_3000_elections_1_data-entry (2) ? The green alert isn't even meant for the 'invoerder' role, so we'll be removing this in a later iteration.

When all polling stations have been entered, we show an alert with a message to thank the user and an instruction to wait for further instructions by the coordinator. See sketch in Figma

Still up to discussion, but we could also give invoerders a little reward, by showing them the results of the entire municipality (absolute count of votes, no percentages or number of appointed seats): image

nice to give invoerders a reward; suggestion could be to show progress of polling stations or total inserted votes compared to the number of eligible voters. Progress in relation to the proces the user is working on is a nice feature.

Showing results might be distracting. Furthermore, at the moment of entering, provisional results are also already known to the user (so that makes it already less of an award).

In case of EP, this feature could even cause issues. Member states should not publish the results of European Parliament elections before Sunday 11pm (after the last polls closed).
