LUN discovery fails if port has LUNs which are not LUN0 #33

Hi,

The code incorrectly skips the adding LUN0 to given FCP port even if LUN0 doesnt' exits. The issue can be fixed by checking if LUN0 exists for the given port and determining if LUN0 needs to be added or not.
