this issue is purely a wording refinement and does not impact the core understanding or usability of the use case. The suggestion to change "HR staff presses the Enter (ENTER) key to save changes" to "HR staff attempts to save changes" is more of a stylistic preference rather than a functional flaw. The overall user comprehension and workflow remain intact regardless of this wording. It does not introduce confusion or alter the intended use case flow, making the impact on users minimal. Since this suggestion is a minor phrasing enhancement without any functional implications, it fits more accurately as a "very low" severity issue.
