How to obtain the data? Dependent on the sim_type:

GROMACS <=> topol.tpr LAMMPS <=> ??

LAMMPS - log files, damit ist's universeller und muss nicht mein input file format sein

Die Frage waere eher wollen wir das nicht lieber als alleiniges Project machen? Man kann ja das Labjorunal an die Datenbank linken? Dann kann man das eigentlich "relative" schnell in einen verteilbaren State pushen, vorallem wenn es erstmal nur erstellen der Datenbase ist und anzeigen der Datensaetze
