was also a few hundred millisecs at least, which is way slower than it should.
xFI's status lamp was white solid, which is an indication of "good".
Xfinity tech support suggested to disconnect coax cable and connet it back while keeping modem on. This magically fixed the Internet connection back.
I still see the speed is bad, e.g. on mac1 9.0 Mbps downlink https://www.speedtest.net/result/11581758530 (while downloading larger files though).

After switching to xFI https://github.com/130s/30y-130s_life/issues/890#issuecomment-860227323, Xfinity's proprietary router, it's been working fine for a few days despite gotchass that are reported separately.
Today morning I was getting somewhat weird connection. Downloading a few GBs zip file from photos.google.com failed in the middle multiple times. Then I lost Internet completely. Followed xfinity apps' troubleshooting didn't help.
