Xfinity Streaming not working on Samsung Q80 #636

The app keeps the wheel turning but never moves on.

On Samsung8 it is working.

After confirming TV is wifi connected, logging out and logging, it got fixed. I did see there was sometimes where TV wasn't wifi connected, but not always. So I can't conclude it's due to wifi disconnection.
