Provide Xcode project #1

Would be great if you could include an Xcode project file so that we can build this in OS X.

This does build on OSX using the makefile. However, I've only done the work to port the server portion (linbolods) to OSX. The game/client do not yet compile on OSX. It's probably a significant amount of work to make that happen.
