Localized item names #63

Describe Feature Localized item names in menus and auction messages. It would be more convenient if the messages and item names were in the same language.

You can check how I did it in my fork of your plugin. Just using config file as storage of localized item names. This can be a different file and this is how it done in other auction plugins and also quickshop. If you interested, I can polish it a bit and make a PR.
