Hi Jennifer,
We can definitely make that change for you. All we need is a copy of a voided check or a bank letter for your new account sent to us by one of the parties that signed the original application for your Braintree account. The document can be sent via email by replying to this message or via fax to 888-781-6495. Please make sure that either document that you send to us has the following:
Voided check
- Name of your business on it
- If an address is listed on the check, the address must match the address we have on file for your business*
The address that we currently have on file for your business is:
888 Brannan Street
San Francisco, CA 94103
2 Bank letter
- Name of your bank
- Name of your business
- ABA/routing number and account number
- Signature of a bank representative
Again, please note that the above documentation must be sent by one of the signers of the original application for your Braintree account.
