lockscreen locks hangup slider #1137

What steps will reproduce the problem?
Trying to hangup the call before the caller ends the call.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
There should be a hangup slider. Instead I have to unlock my screen

What version of the product are you using? On what device/operating system?
sipdroid 3.2 Beta
Android 4.1.1
Device HTC Desire X

Which type of network are you using?
Wifi

Please provide any additional information below.
This problem was already existent view Versions before, also on incoming calls. 
Now its back...
