eiwd: Remove gcc dependency #369

As per latest commit (https://github.com/kisslinux/repo/commit/25d4fc86af92028b7ca6b6e0da7ffa68c6143e5b), it looks like eiwd still depends on gcc. Since iwd 1.20, this is no longer the case since Clang can build it just fine.
