When I leave a site that has a theme color the tab should immediately default back to a default colour.

Visit: https://www.cyber-ami.com Then: https://google.com

Google doesn't appear to gave a theme colour so it remains the previous brand colour.
You will also notice the theme colour repeats under documents that don't set a default background (Perhaps some user agent injected styles might help here?).

The origin boundary is strong enough for predicting if a theme meta can remain until the page has finished loading however wouldn't be good enough for cert checking etc which is the other work I have mentioned before I would like to do so the user doesn't get anything but the default color if the page is insecure. This may however need something more robust.

Anyway there is 3 pulls worth looking at.
