Feature request: removing snippets/prepend-baseurl.html #230

Description

Jekyll 4 includes some breaking changes for relative_url, https://github.com/jekyll/jekyll/pull/7589 and https://github.com/jekyll/jekyll/pull/6727.

It looks like we can remove prepend-baseurl script now.
