Description

Thanks to some features of version v0.5.0, there is basically no hard requirement anymore for cluster-templates.

Acceptance Criteria

based on a given task-input, the cluster can be created automatically
cluster based on templates is still possible
documenation was updated
both cases (with and without template) are covered by the sdk- and cli-tests
