wandb dependency #1063

I have to install wandb==0.13.11 explicitly before opensoundscape==0.10.2 will work. related to:

Thanks for pointing this out. The current develop branch and upcoming 0.11.0 release will require Numpy<2.0 (temporary requirement until all dependencies support numpy 2.0), and update to wandb>=0.17.
