Time ranges are not displayed correctly in calfw. This fixes kiwanami#124 and correctly displays time ranges in the calendar.

This fixes the problem found by @svictor9 with duplicate timeranges when they include times.

I just tested this and can attest this fixes #124, hope it is merged soon.
