Material You Theming #711

It would be nice if there was an option that dynamically themes the toolbar, tab grid and the settings UI, basically everything that gets themed in Google Chrome I would like to see get themed based on the user's Material You setup.

I have a Samsung phone running the latest One UI (4.1.1), so I wonder if it has something to with how Samsung implemented Material You theming.

I really hope they do.
