Server Stops Responding

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. iPhone remote open
2. Connected to a LAN

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect to see the iPhone remote home screen, I can access it on my mac, and 
paralells 
workstation, but the iPhone cannot connect because it says the server times out.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
9.21 and Mac OS X 10.4.10

Please provide any additional information below.
I will look into any firewall issues again. Are there some settings that might 
need to be changed 
on the iphone?

are you sure you are connecting to the same gateway as your mac?
goto the settings on your ihpone and check your ip.  then open terminal on the 
mac 
and type ifconfig.  The inet # on the mac should be nearly the same as the 
iphone 
except for the last 3 numbers.

I think maybe your connecting to a neighbors wifi :)

hello. i am also having this problem. I am also sure that i am connected to the 
correct internet connection. i am 
on 10.5.6 leopard if that makes any difference. i keep getting the message 
"could not open the page because 
the server stopped responding." please help!!
