Moved the navigation menu to the left
Changed the styling of the menu titles (bold) and sub-titles (menu-subs class)
Changed the layout (width, height and padding) of all of the header, the left-menu and the content to look coherent
Changed the padding and the margins of the h2, h3 titles of the content so they look more visible with the questions/answers

Tried to auto-hide the nav-menu but It didn't look necessary since the content isn't that dense!

The "Back to Top" button was deleted when I pushed my changes so I've restored it After that I found that It wasn't working because of the overflow-y property in content class in CSS so I've commented it out Everything looks and works perfectly except one behaviour when a sub-title from the menu is clicked the title appears behind the header a little
