Track information is empty in web UI if nothing has been played since starting foobar2000 #3

User runs foobar2000. No track is playing. User starts foobar2000-web-ui server. User navigates to the web-ui Track information is empty.

Track information is updated when a track starts playing. Maybe the track information section should be hidden if it has no data.
