CMake: Put file lists in order.

This is a successor of #52, separated from #53.

I've decided not to use GLOBbing as it was proposed previously and keep hardcoded header and source lists because of reasons described here: http://stackoverflow.com/questions/1027247/specify-source-files-globally-with-glob

@ViktorPegy, attach from here is compatible with this PR, so you can use it to resolve one conflict that will be caused by "fetch & rebase" if this PR will be merged.
