how to extract decals #62

I want to extract the turkish air force decal, how do i do it?

It's name tr_af_roundel_1918, i remember that i wrote downloader for decals, but can't find it now.

nvm i found it its in C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\War Thunder\content.hq\hq_tex\res
