pass-through pointer events, class common styling #5

This is to upstream a cleaned-up version of the bugfix from:

https://github.com/canonn-science/Codex-Regions/pull/1

While avoiding all other differences with the SVGs between the two projects.

This change also moves all common styling into a regionText class.
