Anchor with `btn` class #97

Click any district, block etc and scroll to the bottom of the sidebar. You'll see a section with a header and 3 anchor with btn class. It looks really bad. Please make it look a little better.

@iambibhas I don't see these. Could you please attach a screenshot or help me reproduce the bug here.
