Suspicious warning when running the pipeline #54

To check later. Got this when running

$ python reset_data.py && python manage.py migrate && python manage.py initialisedb data/tissues_life_stages_no_whole.csv data/67_peak_cmpd_export_1.json data/67_peak_int_export.json

Seems like the NaN values should be removed ..

I'm confused - I have never seen this in all the runs I've done. Hmmm, where are the NaN values coming from?
