R[write to console]: Error: ignoring SIGPIPE signal R[write to console]: Fatal error: unable to initialize the JIT

This should not be fixed by upgrading rpy2 to version 3.4.5. Test this by adding back rpy2 codes and upgrading rpy2 on pyMultiOmics.
