Configuring Zabbix 3CX Template #3

Good Morning, I have some trouble on using the template. I fixed the port that I'm using in the template, but I keep getting errors like "welcome to the 3cx management console" was not found in https://xxx.xxx.xx:443/ (I fixed the url, tested and working on browser).

Any clue ? attacched images of the data I actually see

The item might need updated. Does it work if you use curl to browse to the URL, as zabbix uses libcurl ?
