[Feature request] Add option to smoothly animate item to the end of list #29

I think it will be useful to have an option for smooth manual reordering, for example to move item to the bottom of list with nice animation. This is how a similar effect looks in Google Keep app on Android: Screen_Recording_20201103-151439_Keep Notes
