Don't use python-btrfs on other archs for now...

Implementing support for anything else than x86_64 will be done as soon as there are complaints from users with different hardware, which want to help out testing.

For now: Refuse to do anything if not amd64 (x86_64), see 0634ed620ce4976409faf671133df3a096cee226
