Reference Upload failed #28

Hi,

I tried to upload a rice cDNA FASTA file for reference, but failed with an error code below:

"Starting job. Error: ErrorException: rename(/rnadetector/ws/storage/app/public/jobs/6//rnadetector/ws/storage/app/public/jobs/6/Oryza_sativa.IRGSP_1.0.cdna.all.fa,/rnadetector/ws/storage/app/references//Rice_cDNA/reference.fa): No such file or directory in /rnadetector/ws/app/Jobs/Types/ReferenceUploadJobType.php:293 Stack trace:

0 [internal function]: Illuminate\Foundation\Bootstrap\HandleExceptions->handleError()"

I just solved this problem by uploading the zip file ".gz" instead of a FASTA.

@hchou1226 How were you able to do that? For me the only option is FASTA files
