Description

This pull request focuses on maintenance and aims to streamline resource management within the project. Its primary goals include:

Recent pull requests have highlighted the challenges of reviewing resource files due to format changes introduced by newer versions of Visual Studio. To address this, all resource files have been updated to align with the formatting and file structure of the latest Visual Studio 2022 version.
