We need a way to configure damage in the activities when a swarm is at half HP and provide an enriched to use in description fields.

This will probably be best handled in the long term by conditional damage parts, but that isn't something coming anytime soon so for now it would be best to use either just a damage enricher in the description or a fully separate "half health" attack activity.
