iphone scrolling issue #1099

I opened some forms i Chrome on my iPhone and found that I couldn't scroll at all. Here is an example of the preview view so that you can open it: https://form.dev.openclinica.io/preview/i/::XLXLajZW

This form seems to work fine on my laptop. One of my colleagues confirmed that he could not scroll a form when he opened it in Chrome on his iPhone or iPad.

Note that I opened your widgets page on my phone and it scrolled as expected.

I cannot yet reproduce with a real iPad and also not with iPhone 8 simulation in Safari.

@pbowen-oc is the issue consistent with this form? What about after closing down Safari (completely) and re-opening?

If anybody else encounters this please let us know!

Paul could only reproduce in OC iframed view, not with direct link above. So it's likely related to the iframe.
