choice_filter with relevant constraint does not work work in repeat group that also has a relevant constraint #1133

When I try the attached xlsform with XLSForm Online, I get the following error on load: "TypeError: Cannot read property 'classList' of null". If I load it in KoboToolbox, I get no error, but the autocomplete lookup on the "member" field returns no values. If I get rid of the relevant constraints, the "member" field works as expected.

Additional detail: If I delete the first repeat that appears and then add more, the "member" fields in the groups I add behave as expected (they list members constrained to the organization specified earlier in the form).
