Asterisk (*) not seen while printing a survey form in pdf for a mandatory question! #1142

Is it possible to visualize an asterisk (*) while printing a survey form in pdf (so that users could deliver better orientation to enumerators on a mandatory question). Asterisk is only seen with the acknowledge question type while printing as pdf.
