Ability to have minimum listing price for item in collection

There is no problem. Please just add 0,3 DOT as minimum listing price for Polkadot Awesomes NFT collection on Kodadot. Thank you:!:))

Describe the solution you would like

The solution - add new attribute to the collection as minPrice that UI would reflect as recommendation when user wants to list an NFT.

What needs to be done

• reflect this to create collection UI
• reflect this on indexer
• reflect this in the listing dialog

Force user to have min listing price? Is this something done on other plateform? People will still find a way to bypass this feature
