Footer: hoovertext #9607

Not all symbols are clear here in the footer. Someone looking for contact may not know all the symbols and their meaning. Instead on clicking on it randomly, it would be cool if after hoovering on the symbol they will see text. Now when you hoover with mouse it only changes the colour.

Ideally when someone hoovers on symbol it will give them detail: Like: "Twitter" "Publication" "reddit" ... etc
