Summary

There is always someone who has gone through the challenges you face, and talking to these people can help you shorten many paths. We want to enable the exchange of experiences within the community.

Intended outcome

Help talents shorten paths with their careers, whether with technical mentorships or more career-related generalists.

How will it work?

First, we need to know who in the community is available and wants to offer mentorships. After that, we will provide an area where it will be possible to find the meters by category and schedule directly.

I would suggest that everyone should be a mentor and also a mentee.
