Revise a little the build system along the path. Also remove DPAA bus libraries, it is unlikely someone use that in Click, and it creates a lot of trouble between versions.
DPDK team is thinking to change its build system to meson only instead of make, allowing to rely on pkg-config instead of this horrible dpdk.mk file to find dependencies. We have support for that upstream but it needs more testing. So hopefully this is the last update of this horrible file and we'll have a cleaner build system.
