Move to Dokcer; WIP: Responsive

menu burger stuck around somehow
removed 'responsive' from the featured products - it was causing the img to jump in the card; as a part of an effort to lvl up (read use nvim) [read be a show-off] i have to move to scss instead of sass since svelte LSP doesn't support sass syntax highlighting, but more importantly, doens't offer lang support either
white background for the header; featured products are locked in to be 4 columns
... i guess i have to move to scss in order for the snippets and the highlighting to work; limiting the max width of the app to 1200px for now in prep for the responsive update
email inputs work a bit better, but the outline still crosses the lablel when out of focus
