Unfortunately:

1.13d patch Diablo II was released on 27th October 2011 - https://diablo.fandom.com/wiki/Patch_1.13d_(Diablo_II)
d2bot+kolbot was released on 24th Apr 2012 on blizzhackers for 1.13d patch, and you can find that version on branches in the main repository.

old d2bs versions were shared on blizzhackers, but idk what info you can recover from web.archive.org https://web.archive.org/web/*/http://www.blizzhackers.cc/

you can find some older files, like d2bs-1.3.1.zip - d2bs-1.4.zip, on .../Diablo II/1.13c by checking https://github.com/blizzhackers/bhfiles

Does anyone have D2BS source code for 1.13c?

I've got d2bs 1.4 source code, and 1.14d source code but I'm playing in a private server that uses 1.13c. Would really appreciate any help with this.
