Issue when running './build_docker.sh' #4

For this specific issue, this works on the Dockerfile: FROM phusion/baseimage:latest-amd64 But there are other issues I am working on. I had the build_docker script working but unable to start when running the image. I will provide a PR when I finish with my test.
